Training Opportunities

Council-wide Annual Evening Training for New & Continuing Unit Officers

Thursday, April 26, 6:00-8:30pm at Iron Horse Middle School, 12601 Alcosta Blvd., San Ramon

Training for Presidents & Executive VPs, Treasurers & Financial Secretaries, Auditors, Secretaries, and Membership Chairs

Dinner will be served at 6pm and will include a discussion about the role of the PTA board and how the positions work together to form a cohesive and effective unit.

Breakout sessions for specific jobs will begin at 6:45pm and will be completed by 8:30pm.  Trainers will be available until 9pm for additional questions. 

RSVP by April 6 to jfelipe_018@hotmail.com, with name, unit name, and position of those attending.  Replies are needed so we can plan for dinner and handouts.

This one-day training event features California State PTA President Carol Kocivar and California State PTA Treasurer Kathy Stevenson, as well as training for PTA officers and board members.
